ACS Lignotec Woodworm & Rot Treatment – 5 Litre

Product Description

ACS Lignotec 5 litre is a ready-to-use, multi-purpose, multi-functional wood preservative and surface biocide, designed for application to a wide variety of surfaces, including, brick, stone, wood and metal. The product is suitable for exterior application in use classes 3 and 4 on surfaces not in direct contact with the ground or water.

It is moisture regulating and penetrated deeply into both wood and masonry. It is based on modified vegetable oil and co-polymers, combined with a combination of low-toxicity fungicides and insecticide in aqueous medium.

ACS Lignotec has approval under UK COPR for amateur, professional and industrial use (for commercial application, see separate data sheet).

Typical Uses

• AS A SURFACE BIOCIDE: ACS Lignotec can be used to control and eradicate mould and algae on stone, brick, render, timber and metal.
• AS A WOOD PRESERVATIVE/JOINERY PRESERVATIVE: ACS Lignotec can be used to treat timber against wood decay fungi, disfiguring fungi, such as sapstain, and wood boring insects. Ideal for use on sheds, fences, trellis, cladding, barge-boards, soffits, Yorkshire boarding and general construction timbers. Use as a pre-treatment before applying topcoats such as ACS Hydrobar® Woodbead or other off-the-shelf coatings for items such as doors, railings, window frames and shutters.
