BPI Memstick Adhesive is a high-performance, one-part hybrid polymer adhesive designed for strong, reliable bonding across a wide range of construction and waterproofing applications. Supplied in a 600ml foil sausage, it delivers excellent initial grab with long-term flexibility, making it ideal for membrane installation, general bonding, and sealing tasks on site.

Formulated using advanced modified polymer technology, BPI Memstick provides outstanding adhesion to most common building materials, including concrete, timber, metals, plastics, and damp surfaces, making it a versatile choice for both internal and external use.

Typical Applications

This product is suitable for both bonding and sealing applications, providing a durable elastic joint or high-strength adhesive bond depending on use.

• Fixing cavity drain membranes and waterproofing systems
• Bonding timber battens, trims, and panels
• Sealing joints, gaps, and penetrations
• Adhering metal, plastics, ceramics, and insulation boards
• General construction bonding where a strong yet flexible adhesive is required

Application

• Apply using a standard sausage gun.
• Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free from grease or contaminants.
• Apply in beads or strips and firmly press materials into position.
• Tool as required before skin formation (approx. 5–10 minutes).
• Important Notes: Not suitable for continuous water immersion or expansion joints. Not recommended for use on low surface energy plastics (PE, PP, PTFE). Always test compatibility on sensitive surfaces such as natural stone.
