BPI Plugging Compound is a rapid-setting, cementitious leak sealing compound designed to instantly stop active water ingress in concrete and masonry structures.
Formulated for professional use, it reacts quickly with water to create a watertight seal in cracks, joints, and penetrations—even under running water conditions.
Ideal for use prior to tanking systems, this high-performance compound sets in minutes, allowing fast progression onto waterproofing works.

Application Guide
Cut out cracks/holes to approx. 20mm square
Remove loose material and dampen surface
Mix small amounts (usable within 2 minutes)
Apply immediately and press firmly into place
Hold until set (approx. 30–60 seconds)
Trim flush once water flow has stopped
Important: Not suitable for large voids without staged application. Only mix what can be used immediately due to rapid set time. Cannot be reworked once set.
