High-Performance Epoxy Primer and Sealer for Damp Substrates and Resin Coatings
Biokil Crown Epoxy Bonding Sealer is a two-component, solvent-free, low-viscosity epoxy primer designed to penetrate and consolidate porous or damp concrete and cementitious surfaces. Formulated to enhance adhesion for subsequent epoxy coatings, screeds, or tanking systems, it is ideal for use in basements, plant rooms, garages, and industrial environments. The product cures to form a tough, chemical-resistant surface and is suitable for use as a bonding agent before the application of resin-based waterproofing or flooring systems.
Special Features
Exceptional Adhesion: Provides a secure bond between the substrate and epoxy coatings or screeds.
Penetrative Primer: Low-viscosity formulation penetrates into damp or porous concrete, sealing the surface.
Solvent-Free: Low-odour and suitable for enclosed or sensitive environments.
Chemical & Water Resistance: Once cured, forms a tough, impermeable surface resistant to moisture and common chemicals.
Versatile Use: Suitable for walls and floors in both domestic and industrial settings.
