Electronic Damp Proof Courses

Electronic damp proof course (DPC) systems provide a non-invasive method of controlling rising damp in masonry walls. These devices work by emitting low-frequency electronic signals designed to influence moisture movement within the structure of the wall, helping to reduce the capillary action responsible for rising damp.

Unlike traditional chemical injection damp proof courses, electronic DPC systems do not require drilling or the injection of chemicals into the masonry, making them suitable for older properties and situations where minimal disruption is preferred.
