BPI Easy Mix Waterproofer & Plasticiser is a high-performance, concentrated liquid admixture designed to improve the workability and water resistance of mortar and render. Ideal for both internal and external applications, it enhances mix cohesion while helping to reduce water penetration in masonry and cement-based systems.

Formulated to react within the cement matrix, the product helps create a water-resistant structure by reducing capillary absorption. At the same time, it acts as an effective plasticiser, producing a smoother, easier-to-apply mix with improved handling and consistency.

Suitable for a wide range of construction and remedial applications, this dual-action admixture is perfect where durability, workability, and resistance to moisture ingress are essential.

Application & Dosage

• Shake well before use.
• Add directly to gauging water
• Typical dosage: Use 50ml for a typical builders bucket full of water (approx. 14 litres).
• This 1 ltr bottle is sufficient for approx 40 bags of cement.
